We are seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role will involve utilizing your previous customer service experience to build customer relationships, liaise with customers, and make outgoing calls to organize new jobs and build rapport to ensure ongoing customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Process purchase orders, liaise with customers on a daily basis, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Order Processing: Coordinate, schedule, and process jobs through our internal software.
  • Invoice Management: Process and approve invoices for customers through our internal software.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Team Support: Support the Customer Services, Sales, and Services team and Operations Team to achieve targets and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/administration/reception and support)
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and work autonomously
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Love working in a team environment
  • Experience using Ariba would be an advantage
