We are seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This role will see you utilize your previous customer service experience to build customer relationships, liaise with customers, and make outgoing calls to customers to organize new jobs and build rapport to enable ongoing customer excellence.

The core responsibilities in this role include:

  • Processing Purchase Orders
  • Liaising with Customers
  • Processing Enquiries Efficiently
  • Supporting the Customer Services, Sales and Services Team
  • Making Outgoing Calls to Promote Products and Services
  • Coordinating, Scheduling, and Processing Jobs
  • Processing and Approving Invoices
  • Building and Maintaining Relationships with Customers and Suppliers

Requirements:

  • Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/administration/reception and support)
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and work autonomously
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Love working in a team environment
  • Experience using Ariba would be an advantage

The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen, as well as background checks.
