Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised case plans that address client needs and promote independence.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage clients with complex physical and mental health issues.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical abilities.
