Join Westpac Group as a Risk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Analyst to join our Financial Crime Surveillance team at Westpac Group. As a Risk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our financial ecosystem by handling inbound and outbound calls, supporting internal stakeholders and customers in managing requests for information from the bank.

About the Role
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with 8.00am – 4.30pm ACDT
  • Hybrid Work Environment: Start with full-time in-office work for the first couple of months, then transition to a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
  • Dynamic Work: No two cases are the same, offering you a stimulating and varied work experience
  • Supportive Culture: Access to resources and guidance from a supportive team

You will be responsible for receiving and managing cases assigned by managers, tackling each with a fresh perspective. You will also be expected to work independently and manage your own case load, while maintaining strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
