We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to oversee the installation and configuration of Food and Beverage point of sale software (POS) in hotel and restaurant environments.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Hospitality Industry, with a minimum of 2 years experience preferred. We offer comprehensive training for any gaps in IT knowledge.
- Demonstrate an understanding of customer needs and operational workflows, ensure seamless setup and configuration at the customer site.
- Key responsibilities include food and beverage operational flow setup, user requirements installation, equipment configuration such as servers, workstations, printers, and system configuration, as well as restaurant menu items setup, site surveys, testing for system equipment, user training, on-site system testing, simple documentation, moving hardware equipment on-site, go-live standby support, and after-go-live support.
- Network cable connection setup and testing for multiple hardware devices is essential.
- Verify that the solution meets specifications and functions according to customer-specific operational workflows.
- Communicate additional functional requests from customers to our Product and Development team.
- Provide expert technical support to customers after the 'go-live' phase when necessary.
- Foster collaboration with various internal technical teams.
