Job Description

This key role is responsible for ensuring the seamless supply of critical materials for production, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing purchasing operations to support manufacturing excellence.

The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers of aluminium, copper, steel wires, nylon, and overseas materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate contracts, manage non-conformances, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate price records and explore new supplier/material opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage all open purchase orders to ensure timely supply.
  • Resolve invoicing queries by verifying pricing and quantities, and adjusting POs as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience in purchasing or procurement preferred.
