Providing expert safety, across four states, this organisation is the go-to business in their expertise for roads and road works, car parks, worksites, schools, sports grounds, factories, warehouses, and more.

**THE ROLE**

Purely due to a large pipeline of new contracts, rapid expansion and repeat existing business, this company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and grow the Western office.

This is a role to really do a deep dive in and re-invent you way

Carve and develop this opportunity, bringing your sales and marketing experience to the table.

Utilise your supervisory, delegation, and forecasting methodology to ensure the smooth running of the office. Reporting to the Director, your experience and responsibilities will include.
- Lead the sales team and business channel
- P&L ownership and management
- Management of direct report
- Create capability programs & processes
- Managing and growing a profitable business
- Overseeing the management of the warehouse
- Mentor the existing team
- Manage collaborative business planning, with customers
- Ensure competitive activity is monitored, documented, and maintained
- Generate new business while maintaining existing clients
- Business forecasting and planning
- Statutory reporting to management
- Maintain a consistent level of sales and new business
- Champion policies and ideas to the Director while implementing positive change
- Working to company and industry policy and procedures
- Attend site visits, and oversee, when necessary, installations.
- Act as an escalation point for any customer service complaints or compliments.

**THE ESSENTIALS**
- Demonstrated commercial sales skills
- Strong communication capability with proven influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Planning and coordination skills
- Development of Systems and CRM's
- Pride in your achievements and successes.
- Staff management
- Qualification in Commerce, Business or Marketing desirable
