We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to fill our team's expert role in specialist assessments and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Our consultant will assist clients in finding employment or education opportunities through various schemes;
  • Conduct thorough Vocational Assessments, ETE Assessments, Earning Capacity Assessments, Employability Assessments, Transferable Skills Assessments, and Labour Market Research;
  • Provide case management services with the support of Rehabilitation Assistants who manage caseloads effectively;
  • Apply clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes for injured workers;
  • Work closely with employers and employees to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs that promote health and well-being;
  • Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and allied health professionals to achieve optimal results;
  • Help individuals with injuries or health conditions return to good health and productive work.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation is preferred;
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling are required;
  • General or Provisional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with ASORC is mandatory;
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for this role;
  • Compassion, kindness, and empathy are vital traits for our consultants to possess;
  • Well-developed time management skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks effectively;
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance are also required.
