
Senior Mental Health Leader

We are seeking a skilled Lead Clinician to join our Older Persons Community Mental Health Service. As a senior clinician, you will provide advanced clinical expertise and leadership in the delivery of high-quality mental health services to older adults.
- Provide expert assessment and treatment to older adults with complex mental health issues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement recovery-oriented care plans.
- Supervise and mentor junior clinicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering person-centred care.

Requirements- A relevant degree in Occupational Therapy or Social Work, registered with AHPRA or AASW.
- Experience working with older adults, particularly those with cognitive impairment or dementia.
- Proven leadership and supervision skills, with experience in mentoring and coaching junior clinicians.
- An Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
