Job Title: Workplace Operations Specialist

Description:

This role is responsible for delivering integrated facilities management services across a portfolio of assets. As a key partner to our clients, you will ensure service excellence while meeting contractual and regulatory obligations.

Your primary focus will be on managing maintenance, compliance, vendor relationships, and budgets to ensure the smooth operation of sites. You will also oversee day-to-day facilities management, including building and equipment maintenance schedules, reactive maintenance, and property condition audits.

  • You will manage contractor coordination, ensuring high-quality services are delivered in line with SLA's and KPI's.
  • Effective budget management and expenditure oversight within approved delegations are crucial.
  • You will build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings, innovation, and continuous improvement is essential.
  • Safety, risk management, and compliance protocols must be adhered to at all times.

About the Role:

  • A proven track record in facilities management across commercial or government portfolios is required.
  • Vendor management and contractor coordination skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of statutory, regulatory, and WHS compliance obligations is necessary.
  • Fine financial management capabilities, including budget oversight and invoice approvals, are required.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
  • The ability to identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies is crucial.
