Technical Field Specialist

As a skilled field technician, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service across all nbn technologies.
This autonomous position involves responsibility for the installation, repair and maintenance of nbn products and services.
Your typical day may include any or all of the following functions:
- Cabling installation (copper and fibre) including jointing, jumpering and splicing
- Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
- Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE
Working closely with customers is a significant part of this role, requiring strong interpersonal skills and honesty. The ability to work independently and stay motivated is also essential.
A current & clean Driver's License and strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are highly valued.
