Job Title: Rehabilitation Specialist

Deliver high-standard rehabilitation services in workplace health and injury management.

Our multidisciplinary team focuses on recovery and function to get clients back to work and life, regardless of age or stage.

  • Provide holistic care by working within a multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation journeys.
  • Conduct assessments based on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations and worksite assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including employees, medical specialists, and treatment providers.

This hybrid role involves working across local bases, with options to work from home, the office, or client sites.

To succeed, you will require:

  • Current registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, or Nursing.
  • Clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Passion for helping people rehabilitate.
  • Rehabilitation experience is highly valued.
