Rehabilitation Specialist

We deliver high-quality services in workplace health, injury management, and safety. Our team focuses on recovery and function to help clients get back to work and life.

About the Role:
  • You will take a holistic care approach by working with a multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation journeys.
  • You will perform various assessments based on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders such as employees who have suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers.
  • You will work across ADF and DVA portfolios, supporting Veterans and current ADF members.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA, ESSA (as an EP), ASORC, or AASW is required.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Psychology, or Social Work are necessary.
  • Clinical reasoning is essential.
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals is crucial.
  • A passion for helping people rehabilitate is required.
  • Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly regarded.
