Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting the recovery and return-to-work journey of individuals who have suffered injury or illness.

The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical reasoning skills and be able to engage effectively with clients, medical specialists, and other treatment providers to develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid role that combines on-site assessments, worksite visits, and remote consultations. You will work across various locations, including local ADF bases, Acumen offices, and client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals and outcomes
  • Provide expert guidance on workplace modifications and ergonomic assessments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, and medical specialists
