Business Development Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane.

This key position will play a critical role in building strong partnerships with clinical clients and supporting genomic approaches to improve care.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the local ANZ clinical market and key customers, as well as technical knowledge of NGS, Oncology, and Reproductive Health products.

  1. Represent us in strategic clinical settings with government, industry, strategic working groups, and clinical clients.
  2. Influence adoption and implementation of new tests across ANZ by collaborating with industry stakeholders.
  3. Nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, key decision makers, or potential influencers to grow and promote our business.
  4. Manage key processes including annual price agreement renewal process and key sales processes.
  5. Develop and manage existing accounts and prospect for new business to drive growth in this emerging segment.
  6. Partner with local teams to build business opportunities and coordinate a company approach with our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the local ANZ clinical market and key customers.
  • Technical knowledge of NGS, Oncology, and Reproductive Health products.
  • Ability to represent us in strategic clinical settings and influence adoption and implementation of new tests.
