
Health & Safety Advisor / Whs Advisor - Class 2 Residential

Our client is a leading general contractor renowned for their expertise in luxury residential and high-rise construction projects. They are committed to exceptional safety standards, holding a 4-star iCIRT rating and ISO accreditation.
We are seeking a candidate with experience in delivering 1-2 new build projects, who is comfortable collaborating with and providing guidance to the site team, fostering a proactive approach to safety rather than solely focusing on compliance checklists.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain WHSE policies and procedures on luxury residential and high-rise construction sites.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide WHSE training and guidance to site personnel.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate WHSE considerations into project planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to WHSE activities.
