About The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced
Project Manager
to take the lead on a landmark Class 2 residential development valued between
$10 million and $30 million
. This is a pivotal role where you'll oversee every stage of delivery, driving the project's growth and ensuring no detail is overlooked.

What You'll Do

  • End-to-end leadership across scope, design coordination, budget, schedule, procurement, quality, subcontractors, and safety.
  • Keep eyes on everything — proactively monitor progress, manage risks, and troubleshoot issues before they escalate.
  • Grow the project by identifying opportunities for efficiency, value-add, and enhanced outcomes.
  • Collaborate across stakeholders — architects, consultants, clients, and site teams — to keep the project aligned and on track.
  • Ensure compliance with Class 2 building codes, contracts, and statutory requirements.

Who You Are

  • A proven Project Manager with at least 5 years' experience delivering multi-unit Class 2 residential projects.
  • Skilled at managing $10M+ projects with confidence across budgets, timelines, and contracts.
  • Strong communicator who can lead, motivate, and coordinate a diverse team.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and driven to deliver quality while growing project outcomes.
  • Registered/licensed to meet Class 2 building practitioner requirements in NSW.
