Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a landmark Class 2 residential development project. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience delivering multi-unit Class 2 residential projects and be skilled at managing projects with budgets over $10M.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end leadership across scope, design coordination, budget, schedule, procurement, quality, subcontractors, and safety. They will also need to proactively monitor progress, manage risks, and troubleshoot issues before they escalate.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can lead, motivate, and coordinate a diverse team. They will also need to be highly detail-oriented and driven to deliver quality while growing project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Registered/licensed to meet Class 2 building practitioner requirements in NSW.
