Regional Clinical Director

ForHealth Medical Centres is seeking an experienced Regional Clinical Director to provide strategic leadership and support to our team of Medical Directors and Regional Managers in QLD.
The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive performance and growth while guiding a culture aligned with our Company Values.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the Clinical Council to develop, implement, and monitor clinical standards and expected outcomes.
- Provide support and escalation for clinical issues, collaborating with the Chief Recruitment & Relationship Officer as needed.
- Work with Medical Directors to identify key clinical issues, patient demographic needs, and opportunities for clinical development.
- Support Medical Directors to localize and deliver clinical strategic priorities and action plans with Primary Care Teams.
- Obtain and share clinical best practice information, organizing opportunities for professional development.
- Review financial datasets to identify strategic opportunities with the Regional Management/Operations Team.
- Identify business development opportunities with well-developed business cases.
- Inspire a high-performance culture through Purpose, vision, values, focused strategy, and motivational techniques.
- Provide mentoring for Medical Directors and other staff as needed.
- Monitor Health Care Professional engagement and work with the RM to deliver the HCP engagement plan.
- Support the Chief Recruitment & Relationship Officer, Regional Manager, Medical Directors, and Centre Support Team with implementing, monitoring, and developing best clinical practice.
- Build effective networks with ForHealth-related industries.
- Demonstrate integration of clinical governance and clinical best practice as set by the Head of Clinical Governance.
- Utilize Clinical Governance frameworks to track and mitigate risk and exposure.
- Maintain a forward-thinking focus and implement strategies to mitigate future risks.
- Support the Chief Recruitment & Relationship Officer & Head of Clinical Governance with risk reporting and mitigation strategy implementation.
- Degree in Medicine and vocationally registered as Fellow of RACGP or ACRRM.
- 3+ years of clinical experience as a GP.
- Outstanding leadership skills and customer service ethos.
- Experience in effective operational management, business growth, and improving customer service in a multi-site environment.
- An effective and inspirational communicator.
- Sound commercial and financial capabilities.
ForHealth Medical Centres offers a dynamic work environment, investing in people, training, and development with a focus on diversity and internal promotion. Occasional long-distance regional travel is required.
