Job Description

As an Events Executive, you will be responsible for completing operation requirements of internal and external business along with private event functions and gaming tournaments, ensuring compliance with organisational objectives.

You will process all event bookings from handover to end, consulting with clients throughout the process and promoting positive customer relations through excellent service, courtesy, and work efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage and lead corporate events from start to finish.
  2. Proactively seek opportunities to bring new clients and promote our brand offerings.
  3. Responsibility for all event needs, collaborating closely with relevant internal departments and suppliers to deliver a legendary guest experience.
  4. Maintain a guest focus on all services, ensuring timely, effective, and efficient delivery.
  5. Improve guest service through effective cost management and service execution of each event.
Requirements
  1. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are desirable.
  2. Delphi experience is essential.
  3. CAD & Opera experience is beneficial.
  4. Demonstrated ability in Event Management, ideally within a reputable hospitality industry.
  5. Previous Food & Beverage experience in a Hotel, Convention Centre, Banquet Venue or Stadium preferred.
  6. Valid RSA and understanding of NSW Liquor Licensing laws and regulations is essential.
  7. Managing events ranging from 12 pax to over 3000 pax.
