Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Retail Property Management team at CBRE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive the overall success of our retail centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a calendar of marketing campaigns and event activities to drive foot traffic and sales
  • Manage social media strategies, advertising, and digital content to engage with our target audience
  • Manage relationships with marketing suppliers and agencies to ensure effective marketing execution
  • Measure, monitor, and analyze marketing activities to optimize results
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Liaise with local community and charity groups to raise the profile of our centre

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing and experience in a similar role within a retail centre environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong digital marketing background and technical skills, including experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and manage client expectations
