The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team at Smithfield Shopping Centre. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to drive foot traffic, enhance customer engagement, and increase customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage and leverage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Plan and execute engaging events, promotions, and activations to attract customers and increase dwell time.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively and measure the success of marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or shopping centre industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in event management and coordination is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box for innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
