About the Role:
The MyHomecare Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing care plans that meet the needs and goals of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans in conjunction with the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) assessment.
- Undertake marketing and collaborate with external allied health providers, medical professionals, and specialist care providers.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-practice care.
- Utilize business development skills to drive the growth and utilization of the Short-Term Restorative (STRC) Programme.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and industry standards.
- Deliver exceptional client care to elderly Australians.

Requirements:
- AHPRA registration in an allied health discipline or RN registration.
- Experience in aged care, with knowledge of the Short-Term Restorative (STRC) Care Programme.
- Frontline management skills.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- A current ACT drivers' license, vehicle registration, and access to your own car.
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.
- The right to work in Australia.
