We are seeking a highly skilled Head of People and Culture to join our client's leadership team on the Gold Coast. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving cultural transformation and leading strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance team culture, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Design and execute training programs to develop the skills and capabilities of employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Foster open communication, address challenges, and promote a solution-oriented mindset within the organisation.
  • Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure continuity of leadership and talent management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a senior HR leader or General Manager in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cultural transformation, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute culture-focused initiatives.
