Project Coordinator, Fundraising and Events

Are you looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your organizational skills to support the success of fundraising and events initiatives?

  • As a Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Assistant Director, Fundraising and Events, ensuring timely provision of information and facilitating meetings with stakeholders.
  • You will assist in coordinating engagement activities for major donors and prospects, including bespoke events and gift processing.
  • Responsibilities also include monitoring schedules, maintaining systems for reconciling expenses, and supporting departmental budgets.
  • Additionally, you will work closely with teams on the delivery of international fundraising initiatives, helping to plan and implement logistics and associated admin activities.

To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification and excellent knowledge of office administration. Proficiency in MS Office products, Adobe Suite, and Tessitura is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate engagement activities for major donors and prospects
