About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance for experienced Human Resource professionals to take on a key role in our dynamic People, Culture and Workplace team.

  • The successful candidate will report to the People & Culture Services Team Leader and provide critical support to the broader PC&W team in delivering operations, strategy, and projects.

The HR Advisor will work closely with P&C Business Partners and P&C SMEs on a diverse range of P&C issues, initiatives, and projects covering Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Change Management, Organisational Reviews, Policy Reviews, and Job Evaluations.

They will also focus on enhancing administrative systems, processes, and procedures that support the P&C function to ensure consistency and high governance standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide frontline support to employees and managers on P&C enquiries.
  • Maintain the HRIS system relating to employee and position data as well as developing templates and policies.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Build rapport and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years generalist HR experience within large, multidisciplinary organisations.
  • Previous experience requiring detailed understanding of human resources policies and procedures.
