We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a strategic partner.

  • About the Role

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will drive the implementation of contemporary HR policies and processes designed to improve employee experience and positively influence workforce planning, workplace change, inclusion, health and wellness, and performance excellence.

You will be responsible for supporting the team by delivering ER/IR services through proactive partnership, fostering strong relationships with client groups to deliver innovative solutions that support business outcomes, and our people.

  • About You

We are looking for someone who will share in achieving our Vision, with extensive experience in strategic and operational human resources and industrial relations matters.

You are a highly developed communicator, teamed with a high level of initiative, diplomacy, and analytical thinking.

You have proven ability to establish strong and trusting relationships, complimenting a commitment to excellent customer service, continuous improvement, and ethical principles and practices.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or related field.
  • Extensive experience in strategic and operational human resources and/or industrial relations at a senior level.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and systems ability, including MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Current Class C NSW Drivers Licence.
