Human Resources Manager

The company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead their sales, operations, leadership and culture teams.

This role requires a strong background in human resources, with experience in sales, operations, leadership and culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business improvements, efficiencies in labor and materials, productivity and jobs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing the business's operations, employee challenges and untapped opportunities, identifying areas for improvement and reviewing, setting and achieving KPIs. They will also be responsible for analysing job metrics, such as time to complete jobs, average transactions and sales conversions, as well as driving revenue through the sales process.

The Human Resources Manager will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement. They will also be responsible for managing direct reports, including HR, Marketing, Operations and Finance.
