Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment providing generalist HR support and consultancy within a Health Facility or District-wide Directorate. As a Human Resources Officer, you will work alongside senior HR professionals to deliver HR services and contribute to various HR portfolios and projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing general HR advice and consultancy within a designated facility or district.
  • Assisting senior HR staff with allocated HR portfolios and projects.
  • Offering administrative and practical support to HR teams.
  • Potentially supporting small portfolios under senior guidance.
  • Acting as a conduit for local HR/Workforce matters in the People and Culture Directorate

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to work effectively in a team environment, provide exceptional customer service, and apply strong interpersonal skills.
