Population Screening Lead

The Lead Strategist for Population Screening Initiatives will oversee the implementation of National Preventive Health Strategy 2021-2030 targets related to cancer screening and Skin Cancer Prevention Partnership. Key responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for population screening initiatives.
- Coordinate formal partnership arrangements with government agencies, non-government organizations, private businesses, and local government congruent with National Preventive Health Strategy and Skin Cancer Prevention Partnership.
- Provide strategic leadership for the implementation of SA Cervix Screening program and other population screening initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the health sector and experience in a similar role. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants are encouraged to apply.
Key Requirements:
- National Police Certificate for employment involving minimal contact with vulnerable groups.
- Immunisation Risk Category C (minimal patient contact).
- Compliance with Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening, and vaccination policy in the workplace.
