About the Position:
  • Create and implement tailored HSE protocols for specialized operations.
  • Provide HSE advice throughout asset lifecycles.
  • Lead team discussions, mentor operational teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to foster a proactive learning-focused safety culture.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Risk assessments, incident investigations, and audits.
  • Interpret relevant legislation, apply ISO standards (14001, 45001), and analyze HSE data.
  • Identify emerging risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship with current Defence security clearance.
  • AQF Level 4 qualification or equivalent in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Risk Management.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within Defence or other high-risk industries.
