We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to take on a leadership role in our vibrant Buderim campus. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating an inspiring environment where children can thrive.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience leading a busy, engaging room environment
  • A passion for mentoring educators and supporting children's learning journeys
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
