Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our corporate practice in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in M&A, joint ventures, capital raising, commercial contracting and corporate governance.

As a member of our team, you will advise public and private companies within the energy, agribusiness and technology sectors on various matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on M&A, joint ventures, capital raising, commercial contracting and corporate governance

  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate law
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of corporate law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
