Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's growth and performance by providing accurate and timely HR advice and administrative support to Bosch People Leaders and Associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end HR support for Bosch Australia People Leaders and Associates
  • Delivering a range of efficient and effective HR administrative services
  • Advising and coaching to deliver best practice HR Services
  • Upskilling managers on learning, intervention, and development activities
  • Coordinate career development activities in accordance with the HR calendar
  • Participating in and leading continuous improvement initiatives
  • Some recruitment activities for key client group management roles
  • Global Mobility and expatriate support
Requirements
  • Strong communication, team orientation, and presentation skills
  • Problem solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Stakeholder engagement experience
  • HR tertiary qualification, or relevant HR experience
  • An understanding of employment law and current HR trends and issues
  • Experience delivering talent management results in a HR function
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to coach leaders to work through various employee lifecycle topics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, preferably with SAP and Success Factors experience
