Our client is a globally renowned company within the industrial and manufacturing sector. This will be a full-time, office-based role.

Job Description

  • Provide HR support and advice to the team within the industrial and manufacturing environment.
  • Partner with payroll team leader to process weekly pay via 3rd party (ADP).
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee records and data within successfactors.
  • Support the onboarding process of new employees.
  • Participate in HR projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

.A successful HR & Payroll Generalist should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ADP & SuccessFactors.
  • Sound knowledge of HR practices and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
