**Role overview**:
As an integral member of our Support Office, you will partner with operational managers to oversee recruitment processes, manage generalist HR activities, and maintain a supportive and inclusive work environment. This opportunity to based in South Australia. You will ensure the successful operation of all People and Culture requirements by:
- Focusing on team collaboration to achieve high-quality outcomes
- Multitasking with high-level interpersonal communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrating a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Working independently and collaboratively with strong initiative and self-motivation
Talent Experience:
- Driving improved ways of working to attract, develop, and retain the best talent
- Supporting people leaders and the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment-related systems and processes
People Experience:
- Providing coaching and advice to managers to enhance staff performance and well-being
- Coaching and mentoring people leaders to support a high-performance culture and maximise employee engagement
- Supporting the administration of People & Culture initiatives and programs, ensuring ongoing optimisation of our People Solutions systems and processes
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and best practices

**Criteria**:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related discipline
- Minimum of two years' experience in a HR generalist role
- Prior work experience in the early learning sector (beneficial but not essential)
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry awards
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children clearance (Blue Card)
- Valid Driver’s Licence
