About the Role
This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to join our luxury boutique hotel team. As a Housekeeping Leader, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring that every room and shared space meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
You will be responsible for guiding your team, providing coaching and training, and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and support the housekeeping team, fostering a positive and welcoming culture.
- Manage daily housekeeping operations, including room inspections and inventory management, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs, coach and train team members, and build a strong team through skill development.
- Oversee laundry services and contribute to creating a relaxed and memorable guest experience aligned with our hotel's ethos.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in a housekeeping leadership position, preferably as a supervisor or assistant manager.
- Strong leadership, communication, training, and team-building skills, with a solid understanding of housekeeping and hotel operations.
- Able to handle unexpected challenges with poise and professionalism, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
