International Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Lead to join our team at Everest Service Company Australia Branch. This is a full-time position based in Sydney, Australia.
As an International Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective targeting, communication, customer retention, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities- Drive client engagement by building relationships and revenue streams with existing and prospective clients across Europe and underwriting communities.
- Collaborate with clients to establish strong communication channels and internal alignment, and provide thought leadership through ongoing consultations, recommendations, research, etc.
- Identify opportunities for increased client engagement, including cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
- Lead the pursuit and capture of client renewals and retention, and ensure presence and involvement at key industry events and risk management forums.
- Establish and manage a client event calendar.
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, with a focus on managing relationships with key clients.
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

The estimated salary for this position is AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
