Job Title: User Experience Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced UX Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing the overall functionality of our products, ensuring a great user experience through iterative design and testing.

Responsibilities:

- Develop efficient and productive UX design thinking processes to solve problems and refine user requirements
- Ensure that UX practices are sustainable and billable internally
- Drive the establishment of DevOps frameworks and operating models supporting continuous development and deployment of end-user experience outcomes.
- Collaborate with project teams and partners to establish UX/UI standards for digital uplift
- Facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital platforms and products
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and stakeholders
- Mentoring other UX team members

Skills and Qualifications:

- Advanced professional with significant experience in a similar/professional role in the industry
- Broad consulting experience with human-centered design and customer experience
- Experience working on SaaS products
- Strong experience in establishing and driving DevOps frameworks and practices using CI/CD tools and processes
- A user-centric mindset
- Knowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Zeplin, and OmniGraffle

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or directly related field
- Proven track record of leading organizations in adopting UX Design and DevOps with success and continuous improvement mechanisms in place
- Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication, attention to detail, and follow-through skills

Desired Qualifications:

- Human-centered design certifications
- Process automation/improvement certifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified or above
- Any recognized UX Design certification (highly desired)
- DevOps Certification
