Key Digital Designer Role

We are seeking a seasoned digital designer to contribute to BIG W's strategy by continuously improving digital user experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analysing customer behaviour to ensure digital products meet customer needs in line with BIG W's digital strategy.
  • Develop and maintain UX/UI guidelines, ensuring efficient processes and timely delivery.
  • Support the implementation of digital products across the full ecosystem, considering end-to-end UX/UI processes.
About You
  • Prior experience in a digital role for a large retail business.
  • Technical knowledge of UX/UI design, prototyping, SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
  • Experience in planning and executing user testing.
