Digital Experience Designer

We are seeking a seasoned product design leader to establish and evolve our digital experiences. As a foundational member of our team, you will grow a talented group of designers, forge a creative culture, and set standards for design craft.
Key Responsibilities- Define and Lead the Product Design Chapter: Establish the chapter's mission, operating rhythm, and best practices.
- Establish Culture and Processes: Set goals for craft, culture, and career progression.
- Coach and Develop Talent: Provide regular feedback to promote continuous growth and technical excellence.
You'll be a hands-on member of a product squad, delivering high-quality design work that solves real user problems. You'll facilitate design thinking, usability testing, and iterative improvements.
Requirements- 7+ years of experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to lead discovery and delivery activities with customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent interaction and UI design skills, with an eye for detail and craft.
