**Product Designer**

BCG-X is proud to be supporting a brand-new stealth venture soon to be launching in market. This one-of-a-kind digital ecosystem will serve a large demographic in Australia, helping them to inspire and be inspired and get the best experience life has to offer

We are on the lookout for a talented and creative **Product Designer** to join the team of a new digital challenger. As Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the look, feel, and functionality of the digital products, ensuring that the ventures solutions are not only visually appealing but also highly intuitive and user-friendly.

**In this role you will**
- Define, design, and deliver delightful experiences for their customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas
- Provide guidance for the development of new features, working closely with the product and engineering team to assess feasibility
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyse user behaviour to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Work in a lean and agile way when designing our products, focusing on speed to market and rapid testing
- Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure a consistent and cohesive visual language
- Advocate for user-centred design principles, fostering a culture of empathy, innovation, and collaboration

**You should have**
- Demonstrated/ proven experienced in product design with a proven track record of helping design products from the ground up
- Strong competency in digital design tools, e.g., Figma, Miro, ProtoPie, Adobe Suite (PS/ AI), etc.
- Portfolio of prior high-quality design work demonstrating your capability
- A highly competent understanding of UX/UI principles and forward-thinking approach to design
- Capability and acumen to work with our technology and product teams
- Entrepreneurial drive and a high degree of ownership
