International Health Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to connect international visitors, visa holders, and new migrants with the right Overseas Health Cover (OVHC).

About the Role:

As a Sales Specialist, you will help international visitors, visa holders and new migrants choose the right Overseas Health Cover (OVHC). You will deliver a standout member experience by understanding individual needs, providing accurate, visa-compliant advice, and converting leads from multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalized solutions for international health cover
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates, regulatory requirements, and industry trends
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and support colleagues in achieving their goals
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in health insurance or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with Australian visas and related health cover requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
  • Able to meet and exceed sales and member-focused KPIs
