**Job Overview**

This role is ideal for experienced logistics specialists looking to start their career in an international logistics and customs brokerage industry.

Previous exposure to international shipping documentation and processes would be beneficial. We require a reliable and hard-working individual who is a quick learner, with excellent communication skills to liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow meeting customer expectations.
  • Accurately and timely enter data into our operational system, adhering to KPI's and standards.
  • Receive and dispatch delivery orders efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date SOP's and rate schedules.
  • Reconcile detention & storage invoices to ensure accurate billing to customers.
  • Manage additional billing performance within regional/branch standards.
  • Validate service provider invoiced charges against quoted rates.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with international shipping documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Dedication and strong work ethic.
  • Interest in developing a career in Customs/ Freight Forwarding.
  • IT savvy.
