Key Responsibilities- Face-to-Face Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries, provide support to the manager, and assist with the running of daily operations.
- Repair Inspections: Conduct repair inspections on vehicles and effectively communicate with customers regarding delivery lead times.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on our full scope of services and provide solutions to their needs.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, including issuing invoices and raising job authorities as required.
- Scheduling: Schedule repair bookings and source suitable resolutions to customer concerns.
- Professional Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Current Driver's License: Must have a current driver's license.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers.
- Administrative Support: Ability to support the Branch manager with administrative tasks.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Microsoft Office: Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
