Job Title: Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer

SIXT Australia is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer at Cairns Airport.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating opportunities to make sales, and ensuring all rental vehicles meet our high standards of presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
  • Manage rental agreements, including opening and closing
  • Sell additional rental products to customers
  • Organize and manage fleet reservations
  • Ensure vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard
  • Inspect and record vehicle damage
  • Deliver vehicles between sites
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work during location trading hours, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays
  • Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience
  • Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
  • Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential)
  • Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence
  • Full working rights in Australia
