We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join the team at our Bras N Things Cairns Central store.
This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Mon-Sunday roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences, empowering women to confidently be themselves, feel uplifted, included & empowered.
- Providing assistance with sales, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Assisting with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Participating in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging customer experience.
Requirements
- Able to work flexibly, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for retail and customer experience.
- Ability to use initiative and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous fashion retail experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

Salary: $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience.

Estimated salary for this role is $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience. The estimated annual salary is $50,000-$70,000, depending on full-time or part-time hours worked.
