About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Personal Banking Advisor. As a key customer-facing role in our branch network, you will have quality conversations with our customers on a day-to-day basis, creating a stress-free, seamless experience for each person you serve.


You'll be helping our customers with their transactional and savings banking needs, referring them to a team of specialists when required, and proactively contacting existing customers via phone or email.

Requirements


Some experience in customer service is a must, especially if it involved putting your passion into making sales. You'll be confident to build relationships and manage them for the long-term.
