Injury Management Coordinator Job Description

As an Injury Management Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting injured members through best-practice case management, return-to-work strategies, and workers compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and assist in return to work strategies including but not limited to Return to Work plans, investigations, rehabilitation, fitness to continue and compensation matters-/li>
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing complex Return to Work cases and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful injury management outcomes./li>
  • Ability to build relationships and develop effective return to work plans to support an injured worker's recovery and ensure compliance with relevant legislation & policy./li>
