Workplace Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Specialist

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals who have sustained psychological injuries at work or are facing personal challenges.

  • Utilise your clinical expertise to support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services, and Disability Employment Services.
  • Minimise the impact of injuries, illness, and disability by delivering prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions and counselling to job seekers and injured workers to improve mental health and wellbeing, and promote recovery.
  • Conduct vocational and psychological assessments to determine vocational needs, psychological capabilities, and overall functioning, informing and supporting return-to-work facilitation.
Requirements:

We seek an individual with:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
